Position : SPA MANAGER
Experience : > 2 years / Female.
Primary Duties :
1. Oversee all Spa operations including guest services, treatment services, marketing, training, vendor relations and guest and employee satisfaction.
2. Manage the daily activities and monitor the performance of the Spa staff. Supervision duties include hiring, scheduling, coaching and counseling and training.
3. Manage the Spa budget and monitor expenditures. Provide accurate budget forecasts to General Manager.
4 Evaluate potential business and programs to increase spa’s financial performance.
5. Maintain inventory of spa services, products and equipment. Request equipment repairs as required.
